Authentic And Beautiful Fine Art School Portraiture

My ultimate goal in my photo sessions is to capture a family's true essence and personality. I never force a smile, encouraging natural and even severe expressions. For 2018, I decided to completely revamp my school portrait business to provide parents with a taste of my photo sessions through genuine and timeless school portraits. I aspire to carry the message of embracing and cherishing life - in the here and now - further than just the families I photograph.

I aim to cultivate an environment where kiddos can relax and be themselves naturally. No “cheese face!”

The question then became how do we make such portraits within a small window of time? My marvelous Studio Manager and I have been tirelessly working for months to create an unparalleled experience for children in front of my camera. We developed a "Mad Libs" for parents to fill out, which is read to the child during our session. Seeing the range of expressions I can capture through this process is priceless! The results? Families will enjoy these portraits forever.

Unlike large corporate photography operations, my school photo shoots are personal and professional. We have developed a more custom, candid, and boutique option for school portraits than your average school portrait provider.
