Capturing Moments of Love and Adventure: A Central Park Photoshoot

On October 15th, I photographed the adventures of sweet little Reese and her parents, Kristen & Chris, in Central Park. For their Summer's End Mini Session, we met at Bow Bridge and then Reese led the way through The Ramble for a few rounds of hide and seek and some spinning (with Daddy's help)!

This little girl quickly opened up to me, and we had a blast exploring her new surroundings. Kristen and Chris are constantly introducing her to new aspects of this great city we call home, and it is obvious Reese loves seeing more and more of it. She is indeed one of the brightest two-year-olds I have ever worked with! Watching her grab onto her father's hand with her tiny fingers for security as she ventured through her new playground was beautiful. As you can see, the love between the three is evident and radiates!

Being able to capture the sense and feeling of a mother's love and a child's sense of adventure are some of the many elements that make my sessions magical. I loved spending time with these three as they shared an afternoon (even through the rain at the end of our session) enjoying their city. It was an honor to work with them, and I am thankful to have had the opportunity to preserve their memories!
